Returns are accepted without reservation within 30 days after the goods have been received.

We also refer to our trading conditions for further information about returns and complaints.

Please note that it can take 7-9 working days from sending the return order until it has been received and processed. Refunds can take 3-4 banking days depending on the bank and payment method.

Instructions for returns

- Write to us

- By default, you receive a QR code , which you must show at the nearest GLS package shop to send the package.
(If you want a print-yourself return label, you must add this in the comment field in the return portal.)

- Pack all goods to be returned securely and in original packaging.
(Returns/exchanges are not accepted without original packaging)

- Hand over the parcel at the nearest GLS parcel shop.
