Prices and payment
Moveo accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay.
All prices are in Danish kroner including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs. The amount is not deducted until we have processed and dispatched your order.
With pre-orders, you commit to the purchase.
Our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer), so that all your payment information is encrypted.
All card information is handled in accordance with the rules of the card organizations and we do not charge card fees
With Anyday, you can split your payment into 4. You pay 25% when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the following 3 months. Anyday is free for you as long as you pay on time. With Anyday, you get an account that you can use at all webshops that offer payment through Anyday. Read terms for Anyday here:

Delivery and shipping
Moveo aims to ship orders placed before 2 p.m. the same day, orders are then sent the following business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from DKK 35. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order, unless otherwise agreed.
We do not deliver abroad (also applies to the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your goods can be sent with PostNord, Bring or GLS.
NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your parcel will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after ordering.
Special delivery conditions apply to certain goods. The conditions will appear specifically prior to the purchase of these goods.
Change or cancellation of order
Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at info@moveoclub.com, if your order has not been sent, we will be happy to change it to your needs.
In the event that your order has been shipped, please contact us as soon as you receive your order so that we can change your order.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.
If it concerns an agreement for regular delivery of goods over a certain period, the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive the first item.
The deadline means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to info@moveoclub.com or use the standard withdrawal form, which you will find at the bottom of the trading conditions.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you can only get a part of the shipping costs back.
Return
Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.
Use our returns portal to get a free return label, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.
No right of withdrawal
These agreements cannot be cancelled:
Delivery of goods that have been manufactured to your specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch,
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a way other than what was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the item, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean you can only get back the shipping costs.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

When exchanging, you get a free return label where you just have to hand in the package to the nearest parcel shop. Remember to scan the barcode as documentation on the shipment.
You as the buyer pay for the return shipping yourself if the return is due to you regretting the purchase. (DKK 35)

Extended right of cancellation of 100 days
We offer an extended right of return of 100 days, on all unused goods. Upon receipt, we strongly encourage you to check the goods. If the package and/or contents are damaged when you receive it, please report it immediately.
You have the option of getting money back for up to 30 days after the purchase and up to 100 days you can return the item and get a credit card for our webshop.
You as the buyer pay for the return shipping yourself if the return is due to you regretting the purchase (DKK 35). All exchanges are free.
Goods/products that are cancelled/returned MUST be returned in the same condition and quantity as received when you cancel 14 days after the purchase. In addition, it must not have been used and all original labels must be intact.
If the above is found to be fulfilled, we will refund the purchase price paid (on the product itself) upon receipt of the returned order.
NOTE after 30 days the item can only be exchanged for another product or a credit card.
When we have received your return package and it meets our return requirements, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your returned goods and that we will refund you as soon as possible.
If you regret it within 30 days after the purchase. It can take up to 14 working days from the time you send the package back until we have received and processed it. We usually refund the money to your account on the same day that you receive the confirmation that we have received your goods. However, it can take up to 2 weeks before you can see the money in your account. It depends entirely on your bank and we have no influence on that.
All items are refundable when they are:
- Unused - you have tried on the clothing/training equipment, but not used it more than once
- New - they have not been washed
- Undamaged - if there is something wrong with the item when you receive it, you must return it as a claim immediately.
- With unbroken hangtag and packaging - Labels/hangtags in the neck must not be broken, so leave it on while you try on the clothes.
- Applies to the extended right of return/exchange
- All labels must remain on the accessory in order to return it.
We recommend that you send it back in the packaging box it came in. Just place the return label over the old label and seal the box well so that it cannot open during transport.
Exchange right
We also offer an exchange option for incorrect sizes/colours, should this be desired. To obtain this right of exchange, the goods/products must be returned in the same condition and quantity, with original labels intact and without having been used. The condition for such an exchange is also that you indicate which size/color you want instead when contacting us. If the right of exchange cannot be fulfilled, you have the option of using the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can get the item repaired, exchanged, the money returned or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must advertise in a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/error. If you complain within two months of discovering the fault, the complaint will always be timely.
Moveo will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Return
When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You are responsible for the item being returned to us in the same condition as when you received it.
Remember to get a receipt for handing in the package.
When we have received the returned goods and checked that it is a justified complaint.
Responsible use
It is important that you use our training equipment responsibly during your training. We do not take responsibility for injuries caused during strength training, as it is your own responsibility to use the correct technique. We therefore advise that you take care of yourself during your training and perform the correct technique. Our products are only to support to a certain extent.

Moveo needs certain personal data in order to do business with you and provide news and other services to you. The company only collects the personal data that is necessary.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone no. and email address.
The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about means of payment, e.g. card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
To whom we pass on personal information
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies only process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
In order to further develop and improve moveoclub.com, we keep statistics on how you use the website.
The personal information is registered with Moveo and stored for five years,
after which the information is deleted.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with sufficient protection.
As registered with moveo, you always have the right to send us yours
